Nantes university

France

The Gemmology Diploma offered by the University of Nantes is designed to enhance the traditional methods of gemmological investigation, which are often found insufficient for characterizing current synthetic gems that increasingly resemble natural ones. Similarly, the identification of various types of treatments that gems may have undergone also requires more advanced analytical means.
